The Real Problem
Mykonos Hospitality Group (MHP) is a luxury concierge services provider in the Aegean. Since 2010 it has looked after every part of a stay on the island: villa rentals, yacht charters, a personal chef and car rental, all arranged by one team.
Guests who plan a week like that are not hunting for a bargain. They want to picture the stay and trust one host to handle the details, instead of booking a villa here, a boat there and a driver somewhere else. This case study follows the luxury concierge website design that presents MHP as that one host.

Let the Island Sell
The product is the experience, so the design steps back. A dark, near-monochrome interface, classic serif headlines in small capitals and generous space let the photography carry the color: infinity pools at sunset, white villas, the sea and the boats on it.
The hero says it plainly, "Luxury Villas & Concierge in Mykonos", over a full-screen pool at dusk, with two clear choices: Explore Villas, or make a plan with the concierge.

Every Service in One Place
"A Selection Of Our Most Popular Luxury Services" lays out the concierge offer as four tall photo cards: Villa Rentals, Yacht Charter, Personal Chef and Car Rental. Each card is one clear image, a name and a View More link, so guests see the whole stay at a glance.
Villas get the most depth. Each one has a full-screen slide with its name set large, Alkyoni, the next villas peeking in at the edges and a counter showing where you are. Under the name are the facts guests check first, such as how many it sleeps, the beds and the bathroom, and a round Book button sits right on the image.

Yacht Charters, Same Rhythm
"Where luxury hosts craft unforgettable experiences" introduces the yacht fleet as a carousel with a Book Now on every boat, and the yacht charter page follows the same pattern as the villas: one boat at a time, arrows, a counter and a single booking action.
Because villas, yachts, chefs and cars share one layout, guests learn the site once and can plan a whole stay without switching modes.

Calm Navigation
- A full-screen menu. Home, About us, Villas rental and Services in large serif type, with Explore, Blog and Contact Us below and a photo that keeps the mood going.
- Let's talk, always. The contact button stays in the header on every page, because a concierge business runs on conversation.
- Social in reach. Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook sit in the corner, where guests check a brand before they trust it.

A Story Worth Trusting
The About page leads with heritage: "Since 2010. We have shaped the future of Mediterranean hospitality across four generations." One short paragraph links Aegean craftsmanship with modern comfort, set on a dark stone texture that echoes the island's cliffs.
"Unlock Mykonos: Your Exclusive Gateway to Luxury" then pairs that story with three moments of the stay, so the promise is backed by what guests will actually see.

What I Learned
Restraint reads as luxury. Removing color, ornament and extra buttons made every service look more premium, not less.
One pattern, many services. Designing villas, yachts, chefs and cars as one rhythm made a broad concierge offer feel simple to book.
