DARAH Real Estate: real estate website UI/UX design in Riyadh by Mohamed Amin

The Real Problem

DARAH is a real estate company in Riyadh that develops residential, commercial and mixed-use destinations, from Hittin Front in the Hittin neighborhood to Arcelia Villa, Darah Hills and Darah Village. Each project is planned around market demand and long-term growth, and built for value, quality and community impact.

The challenge was to bring all of that into one website: several projects, a range of real estate services, news and recruitment for contractors, without losing the premium feel of the homes themselves. This case study follows the DARAH real estate website UI/UX design, from brand direction to the project pages.

Finding the Direction

The brand line "Where vision meets legacy in modern living" set the tone. The home page opens on real life at Hittin Front: a family in a shaded courtyard, sandstone walls and greenery, with the line set over it in light, wide type.

Around it sits a restrained system: deep green, warm bronze and sand, generous margins and a modern geometric typeface. "Architecture reimagined, where innovation meets legacy" became the second message that runs through the site and the campaign.

One Brand, Every Channel

DARAH speaks to buyers on Instagram as much as on its website, so I designed the social media templates with the same system: the same green and bronze, the same angled line motif, the same photography, in Arabic and English. "Luxury is at the core of our vision" reads the same on a post as on a project page.

When someone moves from a post to the website, nothing changes but the size of the screen, and that continuity is what makes a brand feel established.

Location Is the Story

For Hittin Front, the strongest argument is where it is. The project page leads with "In the heart, in the middle of everything" and lists travel times in large numerals: 2 minutes to Riyadh Boulevard, 3 to Boulevard World, 5 to Diriyah Gate, 8 to Al-Bujairi and 10 to King Abdullah Financial Center.

Below it, an About the Project card answers the practical questions at a glance: location, unit types, areas and construction progress, next to photography of the courtyards where families actually live.

Pages for Every Visitor

  • Projects and project detail. The portfolio, each development with its own story, gallery and key facts.
  • Al Darah Services. Real estate development, marketing, investment and auctions, explained as customized services.
  • News and news detail. Updates such as "Designing for the future" that keep the brand active and searchable.
  • About Us, contact and contractors. The company, ways to get in touch, and a page for contractors who want to work with DARAH.

A Portfolio, Not a List

The Project Selection section presents the integrated developments as a curated gallery, numbered and named (Arcelia Villa, Darah Hills, Darah Village), with one line on how each project transforms land into a sustainable destination. Every layout works on desktop, tablet and mobile, in Arabic and English.

What I Learned

Let the location speak in numbers. Travel times did more to sell Hittin Front than any adjective could.

Design the brand beyond the website. Designing the social templates alongside the site kept every channel feeling like the same company.
