The Real Problem

Aknan Real Estate is a modern property brand in Saudi Arabia, committed to connecting people with meaningful living and investment opportunities. Its promise rests on quality, integrity and value, and on real estate solutions tailored to every client.

The Saudi property market is crowded, and most developer websites look alike: a slider of renders, a list of projects, a contact form. Aknan needed a real estate website that expresses what makes it different, thoughtfully designed layouts, premium services, architecture and infrastructure, and that earns the trust of both home buyers and investors.

This case study follows the Aknan Real Estate website UI/UX design, from brand direction to responsive, bilingual screens.

Finding the Direction

The brand line became the design brief: "We design the feeling of you." Instead of leading with floor plans and prices, the website leads with how a place feels, for those who value quality, style and long-term living solutions.

That meant calm, generous layouts, architecture photography in warm desert light, and a refined palette of deep burgundy and soft sand, with an elegant serif wordmark that feels at home both in Riyadh and on a printed brochure.

Aknan Principles

The Principles section turns the company's areas of expertise into a visual story, one principle at a time. "Creativity without limits" explains Aknan's flexible strategy: exploring the unique opportunities of each client's project, assets and financial plan to find the best solution.

Each principle pairs a large image with a short, confident statement, so visitors understand how Aknan works before they ever speak to the team.

Pages Built on Trust

In real estate, credibility is earned page by page. The Aknan website gives every visitor, whether buyer, investor, partner or job seeker, a clear path:

  • Home. "We design the feeling of you", followed by Aknan's principles, featured projects and the latest insights.
  • About Us. "Aknan builds communities where people connect, families grow and life flourishes", with the company's mission, culture and values, its board members and its partners.
  • Projects. Aknan's real estate projects in Saudi Arabia, presented with the architecture photography that defines the brand.
  • News and insights. Articles such as an overview of the residential real estate market in Saudi Arabia, which position Aknan as an expert voice and bring visitors from search.
  • Careers. Open roles with a detail page for each position.
  • Contact and registration. Location, phone, email and social channels on one simple screen, and a registration page for interested clients.

Arabic and English, Every Screen

Aknan serves Saudi and international clients, so the website is fully bilingual, with a language switch on every page. The Arabic version is designed right-to-left from the start rather than mirrored, and every layout works across desktop, tablet and mobile, from the home hero to the board member carousel.

What I Learned

Sell the feeling first. A real estate website converts better when it answers "how will I live here?" before "how much is it?".

Expertise is content. Principles, people and market insights did more for Aknan's credibility than any visual flourish.
