The Real Problem
Since 2015, Al Qasr Properties has developed residential and commercial communities in Qatar to the highest quality standards. Its buyers are discerning: they are investing in high-end property and expect the experience around it to feel just as premium.
The goal was clear: elevate heritage and inspire trust. The platform had to carry the legacy of luxury, professionalism and personalized service, and give clients the confidence to start a long relationship, which made this luxury real estate website UI/UX design as much about trust as about looks.

Finding the Fix
I led the end-to-end UI/UX. Competitive analysis and user personas shaped how listings are organized and found. In parallel I aligned the visual identity, from logo and typography to color, so it feels consistent across digital and print.
The strategy was to build trust on purpose: highlight Al Qasr's 10+ years of expertise, curated client success stories and aspirational imagery of iconic properties.

What I Designed
- An immersive showcase. Visionary communities with virtual neighborhood previews and investment impact analyses, so every decision is grounded in clarity.
- Interactive discovery. Hotspots and maps turn a resort into a guided exploration of its location and surroundings.
- Project pages. Each development, like Azzurro Resorts on the slopes of Mount Etna, told as a story of place, design and lifestyle.
- The rest of the site. A full-screen menu, a media center, filterable projects, contact, and careers with job applications.

The Details
A 1440 grid, Aktiv Grotesk and a warm palette of terracotta (#BE755A), deep teal (#122B37), white and near-black. Every page was designed in Arabic for desktop and mobile, with the same calm rhythm on both.

What Changed
- Mobile bounce rate reduced by 30%.
- Client engagement up 35% after launch.

What I Learned
Restraint reads as luxury. Fewer elements, more space and strong photography carried the brand further than decoration.
Trust is designed. Proof of experience and real projects, placed early, did more to reassure buyers than any headline.
